    Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of checkout. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

    Any damage caused to the studio's property, equipment, or facilities due to negligence or misuse may result in financial responsibility for repairs or replacements.

    Lessons, Workshops, Events, and Drop-Ins

    Enrollment in lessons, workshops, events, or drop-ins at HTX Clay is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class, workshop, or event.

    Fees for lessons, workshops, events, or drop-ins are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by HTX Clay. Refunds, if granted, will be at our sole discretion and in compliance with our refund policy.

    If you need to cancel your participation in a lesson, workshop, event, or drop-in, you must provide notice within the specified cancellation period, as written in HTX Clay policies.

    HTX Clay may take photographs or videos during lessons, workshops, events, or drop-ins for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant HTX Clay the right to use these materials without compensation.

    Liability

    By using our studio or participating in any activities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with pottery, including but not limited to physical exertion, exposure to clay and glaze materials, and the use of potentially hazardous materials and equipment.

    HTX Clay is not responsible for any health-related issues, allergies, or adverse reactions that may occur as a result of using our materials, equipment, or facilities. It is your responsibility to inform us of any known health conditions or allergies.

    Kiln Firings

    If you have reserved kiln space, we will assume that your pieces have been left on the appropriate shelf on the day of your reservation. If you are a member, the amount of space reserved is automatically deducted from your kiln firing allowance. If you are a non-member or the space reserved is an overage, the reservation is paid for by the client upon booking.

    No-shows are not guaranteed to be monitored by staff and it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that reservations are accurate to avoid incorrect charges.

    Should you cancel your kiln reservation prior to the start time, you will receive a credit to your account for the amount of space reserved or the cost of the reservation.

Memberships

  • Membership Holds

    We allow monthly memberships to be placed on hold for 14-30 days 2 times per calendar year.

    Hold periods must not be consecutive and must be separated by a minimum of 30 calendar days.

    Clients may book a new, separate reservation if desired by using the funds credited to their account after the cancellation is processed.

Drop-ins

  • Clients may use the HTX Clay app or contact an HTX Clay representative directly to make modifications to drop-in reservations.

    Reservations may not be transferred to any other person.

    No make up day is available for those who miss their appointment.

    Clients may book a new, separate reservation if desired.

  • No refunds will be given and no reschedules will be offered for no-shows. No exceptions will be made.
