Starting something new can feel a little overwhelming, so we do our best to make the process simple and welcoming! Below are a few helpful links and ways to get connected with the HTX Clay community as you begin your membership. Book your new member onboarding with us!
Your New Member Onboarding is a time to meet with one of our Clay Educators, who will give you a studio tour, help you locate your member storage space, assist with selecting and purchasing clay, and answer any questions you may have as you get started.
We offer New Member Onboarding Wednesday–Sunday from 11 AM–7 PM. You can book a time below!
Member-Only Discord
As an HTX Clay member, you’ll have access to our private Discord community - a space to connect with fellow members, stay up to date on studio announcements, and receive helpful updates from our team. Once you sign up for a membership (monthly or kiln firing), you’ll receive a private invitation link to join!
Need to place your membership on hold or cancel? Please note, we do require at least two weeks’ notice for any membership changes.
